"INNER ART SERVICES":
- I offer companies and organizations inhouse or external team sessions between 2-4 hours up to a full creative day, depending on your needs. I let your team tap into the inner sources of ease, peacefulness and playful selfexpression through guided meditation, stressreleasing exercises and intuitive drawing. I also offer topic-based drawing workshops, to unlock and visualize your life's purpose, values, callings, emotional/motivational anchors. Give your team a welldeserved break from daily routine, to unlock more of their hidden talents and gifts. You will be surprised how much this will bring the attendants back to their inner serenity, relaxation, joy, confidence, motivation, concentration and presence.
- Indivividual one-on-one "inner art" sessions (online or offline) including antistress tools through creativity, mind/body relaxation, left brain hemisphere activation and training for hightened awareness are also available for any entrepreneur, team leaders or CEO.
- I offer 1-3 hour long "inner art" sessions on your own retreats, workshops & events. Alltime favourite: "Before & after" session: At the start, we let the participants express through art - purely, rawly & unfiltered, without rules, judgements or selfcriticism - the state of being that they are coming from, including fears, struggles, worries, dreams. After they participated in your own session/workshop/retreat (depending on what you offer), they are again invited to draw, from a now deeper, aligned place, the message, they want to give to themselves and have a unique, individual proof, of what has shifted. Alternatively, I will draw, upon request, their own message that they communicate to me, in calligraphic style.
- I also co-create events & workshops with facilitators, where we combine my "inner art" with their service to a unique merging of worlds (e.g. with counselors, coaches, healers, breathwork trainers, musicians, therapists and more)
